Each blade undergoes our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment to maintain strength and function. They are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side, with an HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
NSF Certified. The set comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Wash with warm water and a little detergent, then carefully rinse and dry with a towel.
